Payment

At checkout you will be offered several payment options. Flat rate delivery charges will be applied and are dependent upon the service you choose. A confirmation email will be sent upon  completion of your order in accordance with the shipping policy set out below.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are assigned following selection of service required and will be displayed before final payment is requested. All goods are shipped from UK to UK addresses  (excluding channel islands) only. For international orders please choose from the list of retailers highlighted on product page.

Royal Mail first class - UK excluding Channel Islands - £3.99 (1-2 days)

Royal Mail second class - UK excluding Channel Islands - £3.19 (3-4 days)

EVRI - UK - use this option for multiple items - £5.80

Local pickup from Preston, UK  - subject to prior arrangement with store admin. Please contact us to arrange.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 11AM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day - orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders received during weekends, public holidays or during notified holiday periods will be sent on Monday, the next business day, or upon return from holiday when shop is open.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Channel Islands or Hawaii.

International Orders, including EU

We only dispatch to UK.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
